Photo Gallery having issues uploading

Maybe it was because I had a file called The_Messy_Topps.png and the dashes messed it up, but it wouldn’t upload. Even tried naming it without the dashes and it still wouldn’t work. Tried a totally different file and it still wouldn’t work. Also, right now only two photos are displaying in “Latest Photos” and normally more than that show up.

After trying again, now only one photo is showing up in “Latest Photos”==Edit==
After trying again, there are now no photos under “Latest Photos”. Apparently uploading new ones, or trying to, has some kind of weird effect on the “Latest Photos” display.
