I admit, he is kind of funny. However, he doesn’t have Etta’s charm. Wild Arms was VERY rude with his reply when Littlefoot asked for help getting to Bron. Considering that Bron helped save Wild Arms, one would think Wild Arms would be a little bit more helpful. Also, he keeps wanting to go back throughout the trip and seems to only care about himself.
Honestly, in different circumstances, Wild Arms could be a villain.
Wild Arms has, as of today, replaced Dana and Dinah as my least favorite LBT character.
May 13, 2016 at 11:56 pm #2113Especially as, at the end, he said that he volunteered to help, a claim that Etta rightfully laughs off. She shoulda slapped him.
May 14, 2016 at 5:07 pm #2125Wild Arms is one of those annoying characters that you hope dies for comic relief. I knew it probably wasn’t going to happen seeing as it’s a children’s show, so he irritated me even more. I mean, what was the point of having this character at all?
May 14, 2016 at 10:56 pm #2128If that was all, I would be fine with him if he was just an annoying comic relief. It was more of his belligerent and rather loud “NO!” when Littlefoot just asked for help in getting his father (considering it turned out to be Wild Arms’s fault in the first place that Bron was in trouble!)
As for Grandpa Longnenck’s new voice, I guess it’s ok, though it makes him sound younger. Mr. Threehorn’s is ok. I get that they can’t help it that the voice actors died.
As for Wild Arms, I was thinking that maybe Chomper could forget that he was a bug eater, just this once. :lol_ducky
As for Etta, she was awesome!
May 15, 2016 at 7:56 am #2130I guess, come to think of it, that Wild Arms DOES have some redeeming traits. He did go to help, however unwillingly, when the rest of Bron’s herd (Cowards!) didn’t even bother.
I must say, Bron has one sorry herd!

lol, this made me laugh.
Wild arms sucks, no doubt about it. But hey, you’re not going to like every character in a series. I wasn’t too big a fan of Guido either. Though he wasn’t anywhere near as annoying.

I like Guido too. I guess it’s just a matter of taste. His voice was kind of annoying, but I liked the character. He was really nice and understanding of Petrie.

The most annoying voice I found was actually Littlefoot movie 9, except, well, the voices for Mr. Threehorn and Grandpa Longneck seem way off in XIV, but maybe that’s just cuz I’m so used to the original actors.
