Father: Where did Ruby go? I’m so worried!
Mother: Don’t fret dear. I’m sure she’s fine.Raptor: I know those kids are here somewhere…
Oh dear. I must say I don’t remember this scene.
Crab: Give me more chocolate!
Spike: I don’t know what chocolate is, but let me go!It used to be the Yellow Bellies. Now it’s a toss up between them and Wild Arms.
Spike: I’m a “Big Mouth!”
Ducky: Not like that Spike!Yes, better villains are a MUST. The best villains so far have been Dill and Ichy, mostly because they were so evil. They weren’t just looking for food. They seemed to enjoy the idea of hurting the gang. But I do agree that most of the “dumb” sharpteeth need to either grow some brains or be replaced with better villains.
Cera: You smell.
Crab: I take offense to that comment!I have absolutely no idea. Good question though!

But as for time passing, that doesn’t really happen on any sort of major scale in children’s shows. Littlefoot will always be a kid, and his grandparents will always just be old.
If they did show a teenaged Littlefoot and Cera, I can only imagine that the friction between them would intensify. Could make for some good fireworks! LOL.
Chomper: I’m gonna catch you! Oh wait, this isn’t a pokeball!

You don’t like Guido? I LOVE Guido!
I like Guido too. I guess it’s just a matter of taste. His voice was kind of annoying, but I liked the character. He was really nice and understanding of Petrie.
October 8, 2016 at 12:20 pm in reply to: Do you think Ducky or Petrie is the most gullible of the Gang? #2436One of the things I really like about Petrie is that he’s so trusting. If you want to call that “gullible” then go ahead. But you have to remember their ages too.
It’s common in most animal groups to be suspicious of other species. It was more prevalent in the original movie, as you had to be VERY careful outside of the Great Valley. Now however it seems that Mr. Threehorn is the most racist of all the Great Valley dwellers. He’s a natural protector, and would likely do VERY well in the Mysterious Beyond. It’s probably difficult for him to transition, as he’s likely spent most of his life outside the valley.

But it’s true what you say. If they want to keep their target audience they’re going to have to adapt. LBT seems stuck in the 90’s and early 2000’s. The art style, the songs, the overall “feel” to it…..it all feels out of date. Still, kids are kids and I don’t think Universal thinks they have to put much work into it.
