Gang: Gross, you ate that?!
Yes, is this technical support? I really don’t have time for this so I’ll get straight to the point. My computer doesn’t work and I’m about to smash it. Will that void my warranty?
This is the wallpaper on my main business computer. I get some strange looks from clients when they see it, but I don’t really care.

Burn him at the stake!
I want it my way, and I’ll fight all of you if that’s what it takes!
Actually that was in LBT 10. I take it by the way you talk you haven’t seen the 14th movie yet? If you have Netflix, it’s on there. Netflix is only like $8/month.
Ruby: I miss my parents….
Littlefoot pushes Cera, Ducky looks away, and Cera cries out: “I hate longnecks!”
My theory has always been that the sharpteeth simply don’t want to enter The Great Valley. They are smart enough to know that they would have an easier time getting a meal in The Mysterious Beyond then having to enter The Great Valley.
It’s a simple fact that The Great Valley has herds of different species that work together. No single sharptooth can hope to get a meal in that situation. However, with The Mysterious Beyond, a sharptooth has a much better opportunity. They can easily get any stragglers or find a loner and have them for lunch.
This has always been my theory. Sharpteeth are just simply smart enough to not enter The Great Valley in the first place. They’re better off that way.
That actually makes a lot of sense. As Bron said, sharpteeth always hunt in a MAX of 2’s and 3’s. They’re loners by nature and don’t stand a chance against a whole valley full of leaf eaters. Chomper’s parents only came to the valley to get him. Otherwise they probably would have stayed in the Mysterious Beyond.
I think it’s a combination of all these factors that keep sharpteeth away from the Valley.
Ruby: Wanna go out with me Littlefoot?
Littlefoot: I dunno…..you’re not exactly a longneck are ya?He’s sad that it took 9 long years for the next sequel to come out. You have no idea what weird kinds of odd jobs he had to take while on his 9 year “vacation!”
Sharptooth Mom: I smell something…..something delicious!
Littlefoot: Did you guys just feel that shake?
I got to thinking, you don’t think Ruby is an Egg Stealer, do you? “Ovi” means egg and her species WAS originally thought to be an egg eater. Now that is in doubt, but I’m not sure if that was known when her character was created or not.
She and her parents look quite different than Ozzie and Strut, so I doubt she’s an egg eater. Still, I suppose you never know. Egg eaters don’t live entirely off of eggs you know. Maybe Ruby’s just never had an egg before.
Yes, it seems that smaller creatures can get into the valley quite easily. But that doesn’t explain how the grown up leaf eaters can come and go as they please, but the grown up sharpteeth can’t. If I remember correctly one of the TV episodes kind of explained this because there is a place where a lot of fruit grows that sharpteeth absolutely HATE the smell of. It helps keep them away, but leaf eaters like the smell and taste of the fruit. When Littlefoot & co ate too many of the fruits, Red Claw almost got into the valley. I suppose all the herds and such could come through there.
